how much would it be to get your roof reshingled?

i need it to be reshingled with basic 3 tab shingles grey
there is 2 roofes on this house and the one roof is about 800 square feet which needs to be resheathed with ply wood.

What Causes Hairline Roof Cracks or Crazing?

After a home inspection, inspector found every shingle on roof had some hairline cracking. They are not deep and actually difficult to see. Roof is only 6 years old. The inspector is not sure of the cause, because this normally occurs from poor ventilation, yet there are plenty of soffit vents and turbines.
Does anyone have an idea of what else may cause this, and perhaps a solution?
